Shipping / Dispatch

ORDERS ARE DISPATCHED ON A FIRST COME FIRST SERVED BASIS.

We run our pick and pack operation Monday-Friday.

We aim for any order placed with us to be dispatched within two business days. Often dispatch will be within one business day. If we are able to do so, we will dispatch same day.

All orders placed prior to 10am Friday in any given week, will be dispatched that week.

If necessary, to achieve this, we will post out on Saturday.

If an order is time sensitive, and under £40 in value, please do elect to upgrade to one of the paid for delivery options.

THE ROYAL MAIL 24 & 48 HOUR SERVICES

These are very good and reliable services provided and delivered by the Royal Mail along with your regular mail by your usual postman. These services additionally provide end to end tracking online, via email and also by text message (if you provide us with a mobile phone number). You should also be provided with a delivery window and the option to alter your delivery destination/day.

THE EU and THE REST OF THE WORLD

Due to BREXIT and with huge apologies we are not currently shipping outside of the UK.

PLEASE NOTE

We reserve the right to use a service that requires a delivery to be signed for if we wish to do so.

In the advent of adverse conditions / industrial action we reserve the right to use an alternative equivalent service using any available carrier.

Orders to Northern Ireland / Channel Islands / other UK territories impacted by Brexit : due to the requirement for additional "border" paperwork we will often use Royal Mail Recorded Delivery and Royal Mail Special Delivery. We reserve the right to use any service provided by any carrier for these destinations.

We recommend Royal Mail 24 as the fastest and most reliable delivery service.

In the event of order cancellation the standard delivery charge of £1.50 for orders of £14.99 or less is refundable.

Once an order has dispatched, optional upgrade delivery charges are non-refundable.

DELIVERY TIMES

• 1-2 working* days for Royal Mail 24 Tracked (inc tracking updates sent by email and/or text)

• 1-2 working* days for Royal Mail Special Delivery (online tracking only via Royal Mail website, no phone or text updates)

• 2-3 working* days for Royal Mail 48 Tracked (inc tracking updates sent by email and/or text)

• up to 9 working* days for First Class & First Class Recorded, although usually these First Class Packets arrive within a few days (no tracking at all)

* Working days are Monday to Friday inclusive. Saturday is not counted as a business day by the Royal Mail.

MINIMUM ORDER

There is no minimum order.

We reserve the right to refuse any order without giving a reason for so-doing. Such orders will be refunded in full.

REFUNDS

All of our products are covered by our no-quibble refund policy.

If you wish to return any item to us then simply send it back to us within 6 weeks from the date on your invoice.

The goods must be complete, in their original bag(s) with their original labels intact otherwise they are not refundable. Please make sure to include either a photocopy of your invoice or a print out of your order confirmation.

We will refund you the price that you paid for any returned item(s), in the same way that you paid us - on receipt of the item(s).

You will not need a returns number nor do you need to give us prior notice, however please note that without a copy of your invoice/order confirmation we will not be able to refund you.

Until received by us the goods remain your property and we cannot refund for goods lost in transit between you and us - please make sure to use an appropriate method of posting.

We are unfortunately not able to refund shipping charges incurred by you for returning items to us and you will be responsible for these.
