Terms & Conditions

All goods are supplied in accordance with the following Terms and Conditions.

It is not possible to cover every single eventuality below, so please be assured that all of our policies are customer-centred and that we are - within reason - mistake tolerant. Our basic and central policy is to treat and serve you as we would wish to be treated and served ourselves.

MINIMUM ORDER

There is no minimum order.

We reserve the right to refuse any order without giving a reason for so-doing. Such orders will be refunded in full.

VAT

All of the prices on our website include Vat at the current rate - the price you see on screen is the TOTAL price that you will pay - there are no hidden extras. A VAT invoice will be included in with your parcel. We are not able to supply our products nett of VAT.

PRICES & DISCOUNTS

The price that you see on screen, at the time that you place your order is the price that you will pay. All of our prices are subject to change (both down as well as up!) without notice - this is because when we re-stock, we re-price as necessary - we will always offer the best price that we can, and if we can drop a price then we will - and without making a song and dance about it.

Our incremental pricing structure means that where a product has multiple price bands, it is heavily discounted at the largest pack size - we only sell our products at the extremely competitive prices advertised on this website - our largest pack sizes are effectively our wholesale prices.

You do not need to have, or to create, an account to shop with us.

PROCESSING OF ORDERS

All orders are processed strictly in the order that they are received regardless of the delivery method selected. We do not take orders over the phone, and there is no way to jump the order queue - it just would not be fair on everyone else.

ADDING TO AN EXISTING ORDER

For your security we do not hold, or have access to, your card details - this means that we cannot make changes to orders or payment amounts. If you have forgotten to include something in your order then we ask that you place a new order via the website in the usual way. Orders in excess of £15 will always have a free shipping option.

HELP US TO COMMUNICATE WITH YOU

We will contact you after you place your order to a) confirm the receipt of the order b) to confirm dispatch and to advise you of your tracking number (if applicable). To do this we need you to give us a valid email address. Sometimes we may need to contact you about your order for some other reason. Again we will need a valid email address. A telephone number is also extremely helpful. Please help us to give you the best possible service by sharing your contact details with us.

PRIVACY

We will absolutely not share your email address, telephone number, billing address or mailing address with anyone else. Not ever. However, to process your card payment your name, billing address and other contact details will be used by the online card merchant to verify your identify and to check the validity of your card. This should be viewed as both necessary and advantageous.

PAYMENT METHODS

We accept credit and debit cards online via the card merchant provider Worldpay. We also accept card payments via Paypal - it is hidden on their screens but you do not need an account to use the Paypal Card Payments Service. You can decline to log-in to their systems, and then they provide a “pay by card” option. You can also pay by Paypal, using your email Paypal login.

Both Paypal and Worldpay use industry standard SSL encrypted servers - transactions with us via either Worldpay or Paypal are as secure as can be and are also hassle free. On checkout you will be transferred from our site to theirs and they will collect your payment on our behalf.

We accept payments by bank transfer or by online banking via BACS - for both payment methods YOU need to instruct your bank to transfer the money from your bank account to our bank account. If you need our account details please contact us.

I am sorry but we do not accept cheques / bankers drafts / postal orders / cash etc.

REFUNDS

All of our products are covered by our no-quibble refund policy. We understand that purchasing products from photographs is tricky! If you wish to return any item to us then simply send it back to us within 6 weeks from the date on your invoice. Please make sure to include either a photocopy of your invoice or a print out of your order confirmation. We will refund you the price that you paid for any returned item(s), in the same way that you paid us - on receipt of the item(s). You will not need a returns number nor do you need to give us prior notice, however please note that without a copy of your invoice/order confirmation we will not be able to refund you. Until received by us the goods remain your property and we cannot refund for goods lost in transit between you and us - please make sure to use an appropriate method of posting. We are unfortunately not able to refund shipping charges incurred by you for returning items to us and you will be responsible for these.

EXCHANGES

We are sorry but we do not exchange goods. This is because exchanges can get very complicated extremely quickly. We find that the easiest way to proceed is for us to simply refund you for unwanted items, thus allowing you to order the items that you think would be more suitable without having to worry about price similarities.

ORDERING OVER THE PHONE

We are not unfortunately able to accept orders via the telephone.

TIME SENSITIVE PARCELS

If you order is urgent and must arrive by a certain day there is only one way to ensure that this happens and that is to pay for Royal Mail 48, Royal Mail 24 or Royal Mail Special Delivery.

First class mail is in theory a next day service and indeed the majority of parcels do arrive within 2 or 3 days. However, it is important to realise that the service is not guaranteed and that the Royal Mail would not consider a first class item as lost until 15 working days - ie 3 whole weeks! - have elapsed.

PRINTED CATALOGUE

We are sorry but we do not produce one - for one very good reason - it would be out of date before it even left the printers - this is because we are constantly adding new items to our range and altering our prices so that we can give you the very best deal that we can.
